2. 행사 개요

□ 행 사 명 : 2026년 K-브랜드 해외 홍보관(K-FOOD&SEAFOOD FESTA)

□ 개최기간 : 8~10월 중 집객이 용이한 주말 12일간 * 운영시간 : 10:00 ~ 22:00

◦ 8월 : (1차) ‘26.08.08(토) ~ 08.09(일) / (2차) ‘26.08.15(토) ~ 08.16(일)

◦ 9월 : (3차) ‘26.09.12(토) ~ 09.13(일) / (4차) ‘26.09.19(토) ~ 09.20(일)

◦ 10월 : (5차) ‘26.10.17(토) ~ 10.18(일) / (6차) ‘26.10.24(토) ~ 10.25(일)

□ 행사장소 : LOTTE MALL, KOREA 360, MAIN ATRIUM

□ 판매마켓존 규모 : 개별부스 5개

* 1개 부스 크기 : 약 2.5 2.5

* 기선정 업체 운영 불가로 10월 운영기간에 한정하여 1개 업체 선정

□ 홍보품목 : 한국 농수산식품 전반

* 컨셉 : (8월)트렌디·(9월)프리미엄·(10월)할랄

□ Sales Market Zone Scale : 5 individual booths

* Booth Size: Approximately 2.5 m × 2.5 m per booth, Operating Hours : 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

□ Promotional Products : K-Food & Seafood

* Main Concept : (Aug) Trendy, (Sep) Premium, (Oct) HALAL

* Select one buyer exclusively for the October operating period, as the previously selected buyer is unable to operate

□ 업체 모집

◦ 모집규모 : 한국산 농수산식품 취급 수입바이어 1개사

◦ 모집방안 : 자카르타지사 홈페이지 모집공고 게시 및 신청접수 * 붙임1 참고

- 자카르타지사 POOL 업체 대상 단체 SNS 발송 등 별도 안내 진행 가능

◦ 모집기간 : 2026년 10월 2일(금) ~ 10월 6일(화)

- 10.6(화) 14시까지 행사 담당자 이메일로 접수(anjm@at.or.kr)

◦ 평가 및 결과 통보 : 2026년 10월 7일(수) * 세부일정은 운영여건에 따라 변경 가능

3. Selection of Participating Companies

□ Recruitment of Companies

◦ Number of Participants : Approximately 1 company holding a food service business license based on their business registration certificate

◦ Recruitment Method Announcement and application acceptance through the Jakarta Branch website * refer to Appendix 1

- Including Korean franchises operating locally, food service businesses utilizing Korean ingredients, and restaurants selling Korean cuisine

◦ Application Period 2 Oct (Fri) ~ 6 Oct (Tue), 2026

- Applications must be submitted via email to the event coordinator by 2:00 PM on 6 Oct 2026 (anjm@at.or.kr)

◦ Evaluation and Notification of Results : 7 Oct (Wed), 2026
